CB One Stand Up Tuna Monsta Jigging STJ53/35B Overhead

The CB One MONSTA series jigging rod is comprised of a high density blank that combines both carbon with fiberglass wound with high-compression lamination for a multi-stage taper design, that evenly distributes the load through the entire blank. By combining glass with carbon, the rod is designed to easily maintain a high angle even under high drag loads. In high-load fights with large bluefin tuna, it is not uncommon for the angler to tire before the fish does. What MONSTA pursued was not a "rod that endures," but a "rod that keeps pushing back." By absorbing the load from the tip to the belly, it provides the angler with more control and lifting power. In addition, MONSTA's unique anti twist suppression significantly reduces the wobble and slow recovery that are characteristic of heavy PE hybrid rods and achieves a sharper feel that is unexpected for a glass rod.
