The latest 2019 Daiwa Certate LT range encapsulates the Light & Tough concept that Daiwa adopted in their design brief to create a reel that's light but still capable of handling tough fish. All Certate LTs have now got an aluminium monocoque bodies that reduces weight while not sacrificing structural rigidity and rotational efficiency. Available in sizes 2500D, 3000D and 4000D-C, all with 5.2:1 gear ratio and 10 CRBB bearings, the two smaller models output 10kg of ATD drag while the 4000 size reaches 12kg. Line capacities are: 2500: 300m of PE 1.2; 3000: 300m of PE 1.5; and 4000: 300m of PE 2.
