Shimano Soare A-Jig

The Shimano Soare A-Jig Micro Jig is a small versatile metal jig designed for catching Mackerel and small saltwater predators. Fitted with two assist hooks, the weight forward design can be fished vertically from a boat and also horizontally from both a boat and the shore.

Simple and versatile to use, team it up with any light or ultra-lightweight set-up for maximum efficiency and lots of fun. You can fish the Soare A-Jig vertically from a boat in the same way as you would fish any traditional metal jig, or horizontally from both a boat and the shore using a fast twitch and pause technique. The weight forward design creates more action and speed, and falls quickly on a slack line, but once your line is tightened it adopts a horizontal position that swims with a high frequency flashy action.
