Curado DC Baitcaster

The Shimano Curado DC (Digital Control) baitcasting reel is designed to cast smarter with this new spool braking technology from Shimano. It automatically engages and controls the spool rotation by measuring its speed and then applies the correct amount of brakes to keep the cast under control.  While the system is electronic it doesn't require a battery as it recharges during spool rotation.
